Refund & Return Policy — NextgenQuickDealMart

At NextgenQuickDealMart, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us at: nextgenquickdealmart@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or user error.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Items without original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof.
• We will send a replacement or full refund immediately.
